All current patients have an emergency contact number. Sometimes patients need phone consultation, letters, or form completion as part of treatment.
Patients are asked to give 24 hours notice if they are unable to keep an appointment. Broken appointments will be billed except in unusual circumstances. Payment or copayment is expected at the time of service. Health Savings accounts, credit cards, checks and cash are accepted. I am happy to provide patients with a detailed receipt which they may use to file a claim with their insurance company.
