Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
- Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse.
- Imminent threat of serious bodily harm to self or others.
- If a client engages in litigation which results in a subpeona, I am required to comply unless a case can be made for quashing the subpeona.
